This policy explains how Snodriva ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Snodriva website (snodriva.com) and our game Neon Dodge.
Snodriva is an independent game studio. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].
We do not currently run analytics or error reporting on this website. No analytics cookies are set, and no page-view, click, or error data is collected about your visit or sent to any third party — whichever choice you make in the cookie banner.
The cookie banner exists to record that choice so we do not ask again. Your choice is saved in your browser's own local storage under the name snodriva_consent. It is not a cookie, it is never transmitted to us, and we cannot read it. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our home page.
If we enable analytics in future, it will only run for visitors who have accepted in that banner, and we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above before switching it on.
If you submit the sign-up form on snodriva.com, we collect the email address you enter. That form is the only place on this site that asks you for personal information, and nothing is collected unless you submit it yourself.
We use that address for one purpose: telling you when Neon Dodge is available on Google Play. We send nothing else to it, and we do not share, sell, or publish the list. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
If you signed up before 28 September 2026, while the form was recruiting closed-test participants, what you consented to was the Google Play closed-test invite and a note when that test ended. We have not used your address for anything beyond that, and we will not.
The form is handled by Formspree, which receives each submission, stores it in our form dashboard, and emails a copy to us. Formspree operates from the United States, so your address is transferred there. We do not copy addresses into any other mailing-list or marketing tool.
We keep your address until we have sent you the message you signed up for, and delete it after that. You can have it deleted sooner at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected].
Submitted with your address is a short channel tag, recording which of our posted links brought you to the site (for example rab, or direct if you arrived without one). It labels the link, not you, and we use it only to see which places are worth posting in. The tag is held in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit, so that following a link to this page and back does not lose it; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Neon Dodge does not require an account, login, or any personal information to play. Your high score and settings (sound, colorblind mode) are stored only on your device and are not sent to us or to any server we operate.
Neon Dodge displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process device identifiers, approximate location, and ad-interaction data. Depending on your settings and region, ads may be personalized.
Neon Dodge requests internet access (required to load ads) and, when you tap "Share Score," uses your device's native share sheet to let you share a score card image through apps of your choosing. The app does not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), we request consent before non-essential cookies or personalized ads are used, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the in-app or on-site consent controls. You may also use your device's ad-personalization and "reset advertising ID" settings.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If Neon Dodge is later listed as directed at children, ad personalization for those users will be disabled in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA.
We collect no analytics or error data from this website, so there is nothing of that kind to retain. Email-list addresses are retained as described under "Joining the Neon Dodge email list" above. Neon Dodge keeps your high score and settings on your device only; we never receive them, so we cannot retain or delete them for you — clearing the app's data removes them.
Subject to your local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
